Automated Meet Me (including DEMAND):  Service is established when conference participants dial the conferencing bridge via a toll or toll-free number and enter a valid 4-digit PIN code.  This option is the most convenient and economical for conference customers.  DEMAND conferencing includes the added benefit of reservationless, always-available conference call accounts. Dedicated PIN(s) are provided for each host within the organization.

Operator Assisted Meet Me:  Instead of entering a PIN code, participants are greeted by a live operator and placed into the appropriate conference call.  End-user billing will include participant names.

Operator Dial Out:  Conference call is initiated when the operator places outbound calls to all pre-determined participants and each is joined to the conference.

All billing is in full minute increments.  Partial minutes are rounded to the next full minute.  Rates apply to the actual number of minutes each participant is connected.  Data conference rates are in addition to any audio conference service rates.  There is no penalty for cancelled or unused calls, or for the use of fewer lines than reserved.  Reservations may be made 24 x 7 x 365.  Consolidated customers will receive a separate detailed conferencing bill summary, with actual charges appearing as one line item on their Consolidated monthly invoice.  Rates exclude all applicable taxes and surcharges.  Volume discounts are available – see your CCI Account Manager for details.
