This individual would be responsible for the daily running and management of the (24x7) Broadband Technical Support team that has responsibility for a host of broadband products. This individual would also be responsible for assessing workload, employee scheduling, coordinating training, identifying areas for standardization and process improvements, statistical reporting and handling customer escalations. | Job Qualifications: | Minimum Requirements; Associate’s degree with at least 2 years experience in Management Technical Support experience and/or management experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint a must) Ability to multitask and make decisions in a high volume call center environment Ability to plan and organize projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills |
