- Applies broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures for operating systems to complete moderately difficult assignments.
- Analyzes and evaluates existing systems, and revises moderately complex computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data.
- Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and may present solution options.
- Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops moderately complex coding logic flowcharts.
- Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.

| Job Qualifications: |
|
|
|
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years experience with IBM AS400 technology preferred.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, especially in the Carrier Access Billing (CABS) and Call Record Detail (CDR) areas.
- Manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Work in team environment, as well as independently.
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and service delivery skills.
- Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written.
