| Job Description: | The Senior Account Manager position is primarily responsible for voice and data customer premise equipment sales, network sales, and associated premise equipment manufacturer support and maintenance services. The Senior Account Manager will engage in both small to medium sized business systems and large enterprise systems. Account Manager is responsible for post-sale account management and customer support The position requires detailed knowledge of company’s products and services and sales techniques. Candidates coordinate interactions with other departments to meet and satisfy customers’ ongoing needs and manages top strategic accounts generally regarded as business-critical clients. The candidate works with other internal and external departments to fulfill customer requests. |
