PC Maintenance Technician (Help Desk position)
| Job Description: | Provides IT telephone based internal customer support to company users for assistance in PC access issues and software issues. Determines appropriate technical, professional or service personnel follow-up. May provide information systems library support. Identifies routine problems and repairs microcomputer hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives. Corrects identified problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Refers more difficult issues to more experienced Technicians. Maintains inventory of computer parts and logs all repairs/service performed. | |||
| Job Qualifications: | High School Diploma or equivalent and requires 1-3 years' of related experience. | |||
