Will my services be affected?

Consolidated Communications is committed to providing customers the highest level of service and support. Your services, agreements and local support will all remain in place. There are no systems changes that this time that will impact your bill, usernames, passwords or email addresses, but you can expect to see future billing statements to come from Consolidated Communications.

Will my email address change?

There are no changes to FairPoint email addresses.

Who do I call for support?

You can now access customer service and support by using a single number: 844.YOUR.CCI. However, your support, sales and technical contacts have not changed. We’re here and ready to serve you.

Can you tell me more about the new PiN for my account?

We are introducing new and more efficient ways for you to make payments, including an assigned 4-digit PIN for your account. This PIN will help verify your identity when you call us and also provides you access to new, free one-time payment options online or over the phone. 

You should have received a letter with your assigned PIN in the mail. If you did not receive this letter or if you’d like to change your assigned PIN, please call Customer Service at 844.YOUR.CCI.

Will you still maintain local support and a community presence?

We are committed to maintaining local support and a strong community presence. We are deeply engaged in the communities we serve through philanthropic support and broadband infrastructure investment. In 2017, company giving totaled more than $2 million in the markets we serve.
