Reward offered for information following fiber optic cable theft in Conroe, Texas
CONROE – The Montgomery County Crime Stoppers and Consolidated Communications are offering a reward of up to $3,500 for information that leads to the arrest of people responsible for theft of the company’s cable and fiber.
Between 2 and 3 a.m. on Monday, May 31, a section of fiber optic cable between Cedar Lane and Clint Park Road was stolen, resulting in a loss of Digital TV, Internet and phone service to some 500 customers.
