Consolidated Communications employees donate to Cabot Food Bank

Consolidated Communications employees Vicki Boltz and Kathy Acquaviva deliver donations recently to volunteers with the Cabot United Methodist Food Bank.
GIBSONIA – Consolidated Communications employees recently donated non-perishable food items and almost $300 to the Cabot United Methodist Church Food Bank.
Employees gather the food and $292 in cash donations from employees who participated in a recent lunch event sponsored by the Consolidated Communications Spirit Team. The company’s Spirit Team is responsible for activities and fundraisers within the company.
The Cabot Food Bank serves those in the community who are in need of assistance feeding themselves or their families. The Food Bank is stocked by donations from local agencies, churches, businesses and community members as well as the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, and serves the residents of Winfield, Buffalo and Clearfield Township and Saxonburg Borough.
