Longhorn Network available on Consolidated’s TV Service
CONROE – Consolidated Communications announced today that it will offer the new Longhorn Network as part of its Select TV Plan on its TV service beginning when the network launches on Friday, August 26.
The network will feature at least 200 live University of Texas at Austin sporting events from more than 20 Longhorn teams plus studio shows and other programming.
The Longhorn Network is included in Consolidated’s Select TV Plan at no extra charge and will be available on Channel 41 in the TV line up when the network launches on Friday.
Dan Romack, TV Service Product Manager, said Consolidated Communications is happy to be among the first providers to offer the new network. “We’re excited to be able to offer such compelling content to once again meet our subscribers’ requests,” he said. “The University of Texas has some of the most popular sports teams in Texas, and has a strong fan base in Texas and across the country.”
