To get started, you will need the following:
• Your account number. This is your Consolidated Communications account number on your bill. • Your 4-digit Security Personal Identification Number (PIN). This is the four digit number located under the account number on your bill.
If you do not have this information or need additional help enrolling, please call us at 1.866.989.2255 (residential) or 1.800.500.9000 (business) between 8 am and 5 pm.
Here’s how to enroll:
1.) Click here.  2.) A sign up page will appear, enter in the following information: a. 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) b. Login Name c. Password d. Password Recovery Question/Answer 3.) Be sure to check the “Opt Into e-Billing” box in order to stop receiving paper bills in the mail. 4.) Click Continue. 5.) You will receive a verification link email and once verified by you, you can log into the site.
Be sure to update your web browser favorites or bookmark to the new online bill payment link.
