If you receive your bill directly from CCPS you can choose the bill payment method that's right for you:

Pay by Phone
You can also pay your bill M-F, 8a-8p CST with a credit card or check by phone (convenience fees will apply). Simply call 1.800.235.4416 to make a payment. Please be sure to have your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover) or checkbook on-hand, along with your telephone account number and the amount you wish to pay.
Prepaid or Gift Credit Cards
Please be sure to register your name and address at the website or phone number on the back of the card prior to use.
Simply put your check or money order (with your telephone number written on it) and the payment stub in the envelope provided. Please allow four business days for your payment to reach us. If you do not have a return envelope, address your payment to:

Checks Returned by Your Bank
If you pay your bill by check and your bank returns it to us, you will be charged a $15.00 fee for non-sufficient funds
