Abolt promoted to Vice President at Consolidated Communications
MATTOON – Doug Abolt was recently promoted to Vice President, Product Management, at Consolidated Communications.
Senior Vice President Joe Dively said Abolt and his staff have worked to ensure Consolidated Communications has kept pace with the ever-changing telecommunications landscape by launching and managing new products.
"Since Doug joined the company in 1995 he has been an integral part of our Product group. He and his team are responsible for the innovative services we offer our customers, such as high-speed Internet and Digital TV," Dively said. "Doug's responsibilities cover all telecommunications products offered to our residential and commercial customers in Illinois, Texas and now Pennsylvania."
Abolt is active in the community as a board member of both the Charleston Area Chamber of Commerce and the Charleston Rotary Club.
Doug and his wife, Debby, and their daughters, Kaci and Kelsie, live in Charleston.
