Consolidated Communications Exceeds United Way Goal - Lufkin

LUFKIN, Texas – Consolidated Communications employees recently exceeded their
$9,000 United Way goal, raising more than $10,700 to support the organization in its
efforts to positively impact lives in the Angelina County community. According to
Chauntel Plopper, Consolidated Communications media relations manager, employees
continue to rally behind the United Way’s mission.
 
“I am proud of our employees who continually demonstrate their generosity and
community-minded spirit of giving,” Plopper stated. “It is only through citizens’ giving
and volunteerism that we are able to make a positive impact on the quality of life for
thousands of individuals in the areas where we live and work.”
