Consolidated Communications Honors Tenured Employees - Conroe
CONROE, Texas – Consolidated Communications recently honored its tenured employees with
service anniversary awards. Those with 30 years of service this month include George Miers and
Becky Fox.
Miers began his career with the company in 1974 as a lineman and has subsequently held the
positions of installer-repairman, storeroom keeper, outside service technician, and currently
serves as a certified outside service technician. He also is a member of the North Montgomery
County Volunteer Fire Department.
Fox also joined the company in 1974, first holding the position of cashier. She also has held the
roles of assistant bookkeeper, bookkeeper, frame worker, local testboard operator, customer
service representative, and assignment clerk during her tenure. She currently serves as a
storeroom helper.
