Consolidated Communications Gives $1,250 Donation to FeedMore WNY

Employees select charitable organization to receive contribution in recognition of Company’s 125th anniversary

WESTFIELD, N.Y – July 15, 2019Consolidated Communications, Inc., (NASDAQ: CNSL) a leading broadband and business communications provider, presented a $1,250 donation to FeedMore WNY in celebration of the company’s 125th anniversary.

Consolidated is marking this milestone year by making special contributions each month to organizations across the country in its service areas. These gifts – selected by employees – are in addition to Company’s annual giving programs.

FeedMore WNY offers dignity, hope and a brighter future by providing nutritious food, friendship and skills training to its Western New York neighbors in need. Through its Food Bank Distribution Center and partner hunger-relief agencies, as well as its Meals on Wheels and other targeted feeding programs, FeedMore WNY alleviates hunger and assists community members of all ages throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara counties.

One in eight individuals in FeedMore WNY’s service area struggles with hunger. With the help of compassionate partners like Consolidated Communications, we can continue to eradicate hunger and improve the lives of our neighbors in need.”

Throughout the year, Consolidated Communications employees will continue to select a different non-profit organization each month to receive this commemorative donation. The Company’s gift already has been awarded to nonprofits in Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Florida and Texas.
