Gabe Waggoner

Chief Network Officer

Gabe Waggoner is Chief Network Officer at Consolidated Communications and oversees network architecture, planning, engineering, construction, and network operations. Prior to his current role, Gabe served as Executive Vice President of Operations.

Gabe joined the Company in 1996, and has a diversified background serving in key leadership roles overseeing strategy and implementation for numerous areas including network enablement, service delivery, customer care, operations and labor relations.

He serves as Chairman of the Roseville Telephone Museum.

Gabe holds a master's degree in business administration and bachelor's degree from the Lumpkin School of Business at Eastern Illinois University.
