An optional unified communications component, calendaring provides personal, group and resource scheduling. Users can create meetings with meeting requests, manage conflicts, and view employee calendars. Calendaring is available via the Account Center, via a dedicated Windows client, or through a Microsoft Outlook plugin.
Contacts & Directory
The Account Center includes a Contacts application with group and personal lists, plus a company directory, each with click-to-dial capability. Users can import their existing contacts into the Contacts database.
