Cloud Wifi Care Packages

Please reference Cloud Wifi Exhibit A-Pricing for specific package contracted.  

 

1. Cloud Wifi Basic

1.1.   Limited to basic Meraki Access Point only. High-density and Outdoor Access Points are not available with this offer. Customer would be required to upgrade to the Cloud Wifi Complete offer if advanced access points are desired.   

 

1.2.   Limited to a basic Meraki Dashboard setup within a defined configuration set. Customers will be limited to two internal SSIDs and one guest SSID. The SSIDs shall not authenticate against any customer defined directory and the guest network must be setup in NAT mode. Application level filtering and traffic shaping will be limited to the category level of granularity, and will not be defined by specific application.   

 

1.3.   Support of the Meraki Dashboard would include assisting the client with any of the items noted in 1.2 above. Additional support for applications outside of those listed is available for a billable fee at the then current labor rates posted http://www.consolidated.com/Cloud-Wifi-Contract-Resources.aspx   

 

1.4.   Initial Dashboard training is provided via a recorded video and covers the basic Dashboard elements provisioned.       

 

1.5.   The Guest Splash page will consist of a Consolidated Communications branded logo and color scheme.       

1.6    If “standard cabling” has been contracted, the cabling work being performed will fall within these parameters:

1.6.1  Any one cable run may not to exceed 200 feet from Access point to termination room.

1.6.2  Any one cable run may not be ran any hire than 12 feet above the floor.

1.6.3  Any cable run will not be ran through dense barriers, such as, but not limited to steel beams or concrete walls.

1.6.4  If environment and AP placement does not fall within these parameters, additional charges may apply.

 

2. Cloud Wifi Complete

2.1.   No limitation on Meraki Access point choices.   

 

2.2.   Advanced Meraki Dashboard Set up. Provider will program and set up full dashboard based on customer input. Billable Guest Access and Smartdevice App Pushing would require a separate contracted engagement with a specific Scope of Work billable by the hour as a customer engagement.   

 

2.3.   Full support of the Meraki Dashboard—excluding billable Guest Access and Smartdevice App Pushing.   

 

2.4.   Initial Dashboard training includes access to the basic video overview, as well as a one hour remote session with a Provider trainer.   

 

2.5.   Account Reviews— consists of a review of the Customer’s environment and services.   

 

2.6.   The Guest Splash page may include a Client logo, along with a color scheme. Customer should inform Consolidated Communications during the install process on the color hex code they desire.

 

2.7.   Consolidated Communications will handle the creation Group Policies using the settings established by the customer. Consolidated Communications will not be responsible for assigning users or devices to those groups. The customer must handle client/user assignment either manually in the Dashboard or via RADIUS when paired with WPA2 Enterprise.
