The pricing structure below is to accompany the executed Consolidated Communications Cloud Wifi Addendum and the Master Services Agreement. The pricing represents Non-Recurring Charges (or one time fees) for any Customer initiated MAC (Moves, Adds, or Changes) to their Consolidated Communications Service or Hardware.
By placing a request for a MAC with an authorized Consolidated Communications representative, Customer will be responsible to pay all charges relating to MAC orders, including charges for additional Cloud Wifi Services, Labor, or Equipment, along with all associated taxes and regulatory fees.
This pricing structure is subject to change. When a Customer initiates a MAC order, the then current pricing structure will be used for the quote and services rendered.
