*Limited-time offer for new residential service requires 1-year or 2- year commitment. Advertised price includes the 50 Mbps and 100 Mbps Internet plan.

New Consolidated Communications Internet customers are required to lease a wireless router for an additional $10/month to receive this promotional offer. This fee is already included in the advertised price.

In order to receive the up to $200 one-time credit for switching Internet providers, qualified customers must submit a copy of the service cancellation notice from their former provider and proof that an early termination fee was charged when returning payment for their first Consolidated Communications billing statement.

Customers who terminate Consolidated Communications service before fulfilling the length of the term commitment will be assessed an Early Termination Fee of $150 divided by the remaining portion of the term. Leased equipment, such as a wireless router, remains the property of Consolidated and must be returned in good working condition if service is disconnected or an equipment charge will be assessed to the account.

All Consolidated Internet offerings come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. The customer can cancel their Internet service within the first 30 days and receive credit for all Internet charges that have been billed, including applicable fees and surcharges. In the event an Internet customer terminates their service after 30 days of service and before fulfilling the length of their Term Agreement.

A Safety line is required for TX and IL residents and is already included in the advertised price. A Safety line allows you to make calls to 911 and receive inbound calls. Outbound calls from a Safety Line are $.50 each and capped at $100/mo. Standard long distance rates apply. If customer opts to remove the Safety line and does not have any type of Consolidated Communications phone service, an additional $10/month charge will apply.

Advertised email spam and virus protection cleans emails and attachments before they are sent to an inbox. Additional antivirus software is available for a charge. Call for pricing.

A professional installation will establish a working Internet connection inside the customer location. This includes jacks and wiring from the Network Interface Device to the modem. The technician will test the modem to ensure there is a working signal. Customers are responsible for connecting their own equipment (computers, wireless devices, etc.) to the modem.

Successful Internet installation is not guaranteed and will depend on many factors, including home size and layout, router location, computer age and condition, and the presence of other possibly-interfering electronics. Each computer must have wireless adapter and meet minimum system requirements. File and print sharing, game console setup, and connection of other wireless devices are not included in professional installation. Wireless adapters, hard-wired home networking, and connection of equipment to the modem is available for a separate charge.

Speed and uninterrupted service not guaranteed. Services may not be available in all areas or at the rates or speeds generally marketed. Speeds advertised are for a wired connection and for one device. You can connect multiple devices at once but speeds may vary per connected device based on the number of devices being used, device limitations and if the device is connected by a wired connection or wireless connection. Wireless speeds will vary. Actual throughput is dependent upon the ability of customer premise equipment (e.g., routers, switches, hubs, NIC cards, wireless networks) to pass appropriate speeds.

Additional charges and fees may apply. All services, charges and fees are subject to change at any time. Policies, including Terms and Conditions, Acceptable Use, and Privacy, can be found at consolidated.com/policies.
