As a part of our commitment to deliver quality services and products in Northern New England, we’ve upgraded more than 500,000 homes and small businesses with faster broadband speeds!  And, we’ve brought new communication products and services to the region. Here’s a look at the progress we’ve made in the past year:

  • Our investments of $33 million in Northern New England have resulted in significantly faster broadband speeds for more than a half million homes and small businesses, new products and services and the addition of more than 600 fiber route miles to our network.
  • MyCCIAccount.com is a new web-based portal giving consumers the ability to add and upgrade services, modify or reschedule an online order and get updates on products and services.
  • Our customers want the latest on-demand video streaming services, so we launched and will continue to expand our offerings to include DIRECTV NOW SM, fuboTV, Philo and HBO Now®.
  • In response to the needs of our business customers, we have launched new, innovative business services in Northern New England, including:   
    • BusinessOne, a high-speed data and voice solution designed for small and medium businesses,
    • Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Mitigation, a solution that monitors, detects and mitigates complex DDoS attacks,
    • SD-WAN (Wide Area Network), a software-based network technology that provides a simplified management and automation of WAN connections,
    • MPLS-VPN (Multi-Protocol Label Switching- VPN), offering businesses fast, flexible and secure data transmission for their WAN needs,
    • Cloud Peer Connect, a connectivity solution that provides businesses direct, private access to major application and cloud providers, and
    • On-site Secure, a fully-managed on-premise security platform that uniquely integrates next-gen firewall capabilities, advanced endpoint protection and threat intelligence.
