Vermont COVID-19 Arrearage Assistance Program (VCAAP)

The Department of Public Service announces a new program to help Vermonters suffering economic hardship from COVID-19 pay their arrearages for residential and non-residential accounts.

Eligible Vermont utility customers can get help with unpaid past due balances that put your account at risk for disconnection. For Consolidated customers, the portion of your bill covered under this program is your basic dial tone service. The past due balance must include charges for service provided after March 1, 2020 and must be more than 60 days old. Apply for help now at https://publicservice.vermont.gov/
