Logging In and Accessing Email

Logging in to Email:

  1. To access your Web Email, go to Enter your entire Consolidated Communications email address (ex: in the provided field labeled “Email.”
  2. Enter your Password. Passwords are not case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ You may change your password at any time once you are logged in.
  3. Click ‘Log In.'

Accessing Your Email:

After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the INBOX to view your email messages.

  1. Clicking once on a message will open an email.
  2. Once a message is open, you have options to:
    • Use the Reply, Reply All, Forward, Delete or Print
    • Use the ‘More Actions’ to:
      • flag a message
      • add sender to address book
      • mark a message as unread
    • Add email addresses to your Address book or block a sender
    • You may sort your messages by:
      • view all messages
      • view flagged messages
      • view unread messages
      • high priority
      • answered
      • unanswered
      • messages with attachments
