Consolidated Communications stands behind our reliable, high-quality communications services with a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. We are committed to providing excellent service-support and assuring that you are completely satisfied.

The Consolidated Communications Guarantee:

Within 90 days after the installation of your services ordered under the agreement with a signature date corresponding to the date of the signed guarantee, Consolidated Communications will allow you to cancel without liability; if you experience recurring service issues caused by our network or equipment and we are unable to cure the specific problem or trouble or to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the contracted services.

Qualifications for service guarantee:

  • This guarantee is for new customers inclusive of the initial services only.
  • This guarantee is valid for 90 days after the installation of your services ordered under the agreement with a signature date corresponding to the date of the signed guarantee.
  • This guarantee is intended to allow you to terminate your service without penalty if you are not satisfied with Consolidated Communications' resolution. This guarantee excludes non-standard products with unique construction or configurations, and the service issue must be within Consolidated Communications' direct control.
  • Consolidated Communications must be unable to resolve the reported problem to your reasonable satisfaction within 30 days of receipt of your notification.
  • To exercise this guarantee, you must provide written notice of the specific problems related to your service no later than 90 days after installation of your services and permit Consolidated Communications 30 days from notification to resolve issues.
  • Account must be current, with no outstanding balances over 30 days past due. Customer remains liable for all fees and charges incurred prior to the written notification of service issues.
