Canceling your service
Here's how it works:
Call Consolidated
Call us at 1.844.968.7224 and tell us what type of change you’d like to make to your service.
Identify equipment to return
We’ll identify all the Consolidated equipment you have—such as your WiFi gateway—and tell you which items you need to return to us.
Receive shipping label
We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, which will arrive at your home in 5 to 7 days.
Return equipment
Pack up your equipment as directed and send it back to Consolidated.
Return your equipment within 30 days of service cancellation to avoid fees for unreturned equipment. Do not send the boxes to any other address than what is on the shipping label and do not drop off at any office locations.
