Call us to schedule installation at your new address. You can schedule up to 30 days in advance. Have your account number handy so we can pull up your account quickly.
Complete your move
We'll handle the installation at your new address and disconnect service at your previous location. Our technicians will take care of any equipment swaps. Start enjoying your service at your new home!
What to know before you move
A few things to keep in mind as you plan your move.
No contracts or fees
There are no contracts, no early termination fees, and professional installation at your new address is free. You only pay for the services you choose at your new location.
Equipment
You may be able to bring your equipment with you. If new equipment is needed, our technician will handle the swap at your new address. If you're moving out of our service area, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your equipment.
Billing
If you stay on Consolidated services, your account stays active and you can continue paying your bill the same way, including AutoPay. If you switch to Fidium Fiber, you'll need to set up a new account, re-enroll in AutoPay, and register for the Fidium portal. Billing continues through the end of your current billing cycle.

We can usually move services within a few days, but we recommend calling at least 30 days before your move date. This gives us time to schedule the best installation window and ensure a smooth transition.

No. Once our customer service representatives determine that you can move your service to your new address, we will initiate a transfer of service. There's no need to cancel your existing account.
