Questions about our name change?
Fidium became our new, unified brand in September 2025. We communicated this change in advance to all impacted customers, outlining what to expect and where to find more information.
We brought everything together under Fidium to reflect the strength of the whole company — not just individual parts. By uniting our residential, business, and wholesale services under one brand, we can serve customers with greater consistency, clarity, and simplicity. It also positions us for the future: investing faster, innovating more, and delivering better service across every customer group and community we serve.

You'll continue to use the same portals, logins, and support channels. Over time, you can expect new user experiences and functionality to provide you with more self-service tools and features. We will communicate directly with customers as those upgrades occur.
No. Customers can continue to use any existing Consolidated email accounts they established through their services with the company.
You will see more of Fidium, including on bank or credit card statements, speed tests displaying Fidium as your provider, and communications from Fidium representatives.
