White Name Chief Technology Officer at Consolidated Communications

December 5, 2013 - Charleston resident Tom White was recently promoted to Chief Technology Officer at Consolidated Communications.

In this expanded role, White has responsibility for the company’s Network Development, Engineering and Network Operations Center functions in addition to the administration of the company’s capital investment in technology.

White joined the company as a supervisor in the former Consolidated Communications Operator Services division in 1992. During his more than 21-year tenure with the company, he has held key management positions in the areas of Network Operations, Field Services and Engineering.

In the community, White has been active on the CCAR Board and the Charleston Excellence in Education Foundation Board. 

White is a native of Virginia. He and his wife, Janet, have three children: Spencer, Sam and Gracie.
