TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Referring customer must have an existing account with Consolidated Communications. New referred customer cannot have any Consolidated services within the previous 180 days. New customer must sign up for at least two qualifying services of Internet and Phone. Referral request must be submitted within 30 days of new customer installation to confirm both parties' qualification for credits. New customer must have service for at least 45 days after installation and both accounts in good standing in order to qualify. $100 credit to the referring customer and $50 credit to the new referred customer will be delivered via credit on the billing cycle following confirmed qualification of promotion. Consolidated Communications employees are not eligible for this program. Offer good for residential customers only. Referral program is subject to change.
