respectful labor relations. We have been negotiating in good faith with union leaders
of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Locals 2320, 2326 and 2327 and the Communication Workers of America (CWA) Local 1400 since late March.

serving Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. We are investing over $600 million
over the next five years, expanding best-in-class broadband to nearly 1 million
residents and small businesses, many in unserved and underserved communities.
We are very excited about our plans to improve broadband services and enhance economic
and employment opportunities in the region.
We do not anticipate any service disruptions and have a
comprehensive contingency plan in place.
