Consolidated Communications Supports United Way with $102,000 Pledge in 2018

MATTOON, Ill. – Jan. 15, 2018Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL), a leading broadband and business communications provider, is pleased to announce employees and the company have pledged $102,000 to United Way organizations in communities across the company’s service area. 

“We are delighted to continue our strong support and partnership with United Way organizations in the communities we serve,” said Jennifer Spaude, vice president of corporate communications. “The generosity of employees at Consolidated Communications is inspiring.  Year after year, employees support the United Way in a big way through financial contributions and through volunteerism with the United Way and many of its partner agencies.”

Consolidated Communications and its employees also made a special donation to the United Way of Greater Houston to support Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts that impacted Consolidated Communications customers and employees.
