A one-time Internet Activation Fee of $99 is applicable to establish a working Internet connection inside the customer location. With a professional installation, the technician will test the modem or gateway to ensure there is a working signal. Successful Internet installation is not guaranteed and will depend on many factors, including home size and layout, modem/gateway location, computer age and condition, and the presence of other possibly-interfering electronics. Each computer must have a wireless adapter and meet minimum system requirements. File and print sharing, game console setup, and connection of other wireless devices are not included in the professional installation. Wireless adapters, hard-wired home networking, and connection of equipment to the wireless network is available for a separate charge. Additional charges may apply if construction is needed to connect to the network.
