Exchange Setup for Android

  1. On the Home Screen of the device tap the menu button and choose Settings and Accounts.  Tap Add Account towards the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select Exchange account. This option may be named Exchange ActiveSync.
  3. Type your full email address, for example user@domain.com, and your password and tap Next.
  4. Auto discover should automatically configure your account.  If it does not, you will need to proceed with the ManualSetup and use the following:
    1. Domain\Username: Type backslash and your email address i.e. \user@domain.com
    2. Password:  Type your email password
    3. Server Name:  west081us.exchange.fusemail.net
    4. User Secure Connection:  checked
  5. Tap Confirm
  6. Set account options as you would like them and tap Next
  7. Specify a name for the mailbox i.e. My Work Email and tap Done
  8. You may now remove you previous ActiveSync account at any time through Settings and Accounts by selecting the account name and tapping Remove account
