To use POP or IMAP to connect to your Exchange mailbox using Outlook please follow the instructions below. These same settings can be used to configure POP/IMAP with any mobile device or email client.
1. Click on Start, Control Panel, Mail and Email Accounts
2. Select your POP or IMAP account
3. Change the following settings on the Internet E-mail Settings: Incoming mail server: west.exch081.serverdata.net Outgoing mail server: west.exch081.serverdata.net Username: Your full email address
4. Click on More Settings, Advanced
5. Make the following changes to your port settings: IMAP: Set encryption to SSL and change port to 993 POP: Set encryption to SSL and change port to 995 SMTP: Set encryption to TLS and change port to 587
6. Click OK, Next and FinishÂ
