Name change follows merger, reflects combined company, greater scale and resources
July 22, 2015 - Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL) announced effective today the company will begin doing business in its Enventis markets under the Consolidated Communication name and brand.

Consolidated Communications completed its merger with Enventis on October 8, 2014. The company is one of the largest, independent communications providers in the United States. In 2014, Consolidated reported revenue of $790.1 million and total connections of 849,452.
