Conroe, Texas – May 11, 2020 – Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL) a leading broadband and business communications provider, today announced Shyamli Mohamed has joined the Company as senior vice president of finance. Mohamed, who is based in Conroe, Texas and reports to Steve Childers, chief financial officer of Consolidated Communications, will be a key member of the finance leadership team and will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, participating in the evolution of strategic business alternatives and partnerships.

Mohamed, who has more than 15 years of experience in finance and operations management, most recently served as vice president of finance for C&J Energy Services, a large oilfield service company. Prior to her most recent role, Mohamed led finance and tax functions at several of the world’s largest oilfield service companies where she served as the key global strategic and planning advisor and was appointed to lead consolidation, integration and reporting on major acquisitions.

Mohamed holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Bombay-India and has completed executive management studies at Harvard Business School. She is a chartered professional accountant, certified management accountant.
In her free time, Mohamed has been a speaker at the IMA-CMA Accounting Leadership International Forum, Euro Money Plc; Reuters National Forum, the Ernst & Young National Forum and at the Business Case event at Texas A&M’s University Mays Business School.
