DNS Records

If your DNS is not hosted by us, you will need to notify your DNS host to change your DNS Records. Please provide the DNS records listed below to your DNS host.

htenvmail.net.mx1.mailanyone.net MX Priority: 10
htenvmail.net.mx2.mailanyone.net MX Priority: 20
htenvmail.net.mx3.mailanyone.net MX Priority: 30
Mailadmin. CNAME to mc.htenvmail.net

These should be the only MX records you have. If you have other MX records in addition to these it can cause issues with receiving mail. After your DNS host as updated your MX records, it can take up to 24 hours to fully change over. During that change, you may receive mail at the old email service and at the new email service. If you are questioning whether or not we host your DNS, contact Technical Assistance 24x7 and we will be happy to assist you.
